Default for this bowl: extra-hot. Extra hot — 3 green chilies + 1.5 tsp chili powder + pinch of red pepper flakes on top. Adjust per customer order on the ticket.

Assembly order

  1. Base (150 g) — spread to the bowl edges, leaving a slight well in the centre.
  2. Veggies — arrange along one side of the bowl. Don't pile on the protein.
  3. Protein — place in the centre well.
  4. Sauce (120 g) — ladle over the protein only. Do not pour over the veggies or the bowl edge.
  5. Toppings — packed in separate ramekins on top of the lid, not mixed in. Customer combines at home.
  6. Snap the lid, label, add the Saucy Bowl sticker, hand off to courier.
