Assembly order

  1. Base (150 g) — spread to the bowl edges, leaving a slight well in the centre.
  2. Veggies — arrange along one side of the bowl. Don't pile on the protein.
  3. Protein — place in the centre well.
  4. Sauce (150 g) — ladle over the protein only. Do not pour over the veggies or the bowl edge.
